The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and freshly changed towels every day. the location was great, with easy access to shops and convenience stores nearby. One of the best aspects was the excellent breakfast offered every morning, with a great variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
Our Easter stay was spoiled by the rude and unhelpful staff. They didn't speak English, and when we tried to communicate using translation apps they seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping us.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro station and easy to find. The room was very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed during our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, making sure we had new towels every day and providing us with toothbrushes and toothpaste. the hotel had excellent Wi-Fi connectivity, which was important for us during our weekend stay.
The staff was not very proficient in English, which made communication difficult at times. We experienced long wait times during check-in and check-out, and it was challenging to get a taxi from the hotel.

Luxurious vibe, great location near West lake, friendly and helpful staff, restaurant and spa inside, fresh towels and toiletries.

The hotel's location makes it easy to get around as it is almost next to the subway station, giving you easy access to the West lake area and other parts of the city. the room and bathroom are comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful, providing clean towels every day. there are good options for breakfast and convenience stores nearby.
Some guests can be noisy, making it challenging for others to sleep, especially in the early hours of the morning.
